What does not

Do not post harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam or another person’s private information. Do not impersonate other people. These rules apply to profiles, photos, reviews, posts and replies.

Report a concern

Use Report on the post, reply or profile. Include enough context to identify the problem without adding unnecessary private information.

Control your connections

Block someone from their profile to remove the connection and hide supported social activity from each other. Manage blocks in the Community section of You → Settings → Edit profile. Blocking cannot remove copies someone has already saved or make public photo links private.

Moderation

What you write publishes as soon as you post it: reviews, replies, notes, your name, username, bio, Instagram link and profile photo. Nothing waits for approval. Replies and posts are visible only to people who can view the activity, and blocking, account publishing restrictions and abuse limits still apply. Profile photo uploads are limited to JPEG files within size limits; that is a file check, not a judgement of what a photo shows.

Safety comes from reports and blocks. A report can lead to removal of a post, reply, review, profile photo or profile information, or to a restriction on an account’s ability to publish. Blocking remains available through the app.

Ribhav Jain, based in New York City, New York, United States, is responsible for daily review of support messages and moderation reports. If you believe a decision was mistaken, include the affected account or content and the reason in a support request. Avoid sending unrelated private information.
